KUMI prepared cost estimates for the 165,694-sf facility which houses an engineering with nano technology lab featuring a clean room, aviation sciences, mathematics, computer sciences, and telecommunications departments, a TV broadcast studio and practice studios, a student radio station and editing rooms, informal gathering spaces, and two Dean’s office suites. Sitework was also included in the estimate.
KUMI was contracted to provide Independent Cost Estimating services for the design of this new 165,694 gsq. ft. An awesome effort.
