KUMI prepared the cost estimate for the demolition of the existing laboratory and construction of a new 26,000-sf, state-of-the-art animal healthcare facility which includes Molecular Biology (BSL-3), Virology (BSL-3), Bacteriology and Parasitology, and Serology laboratories. The building is designed to meet LEED Silver Certification.
